12 to 18 ... Quarterback Academy sessions are targeted for high school and advanced youth QB's.
WHAT TO BRING:
-A football from your team's level, marked with your name
-Shorts, t-shirt, workout towel
-Both Turf Cleats and Court Shoes
-Water or Recovery Fluids
-A passion to improve!
